Language Courses for Companies

German language courses for companies and institutions

Does your company employ staff at its offices in the Rhine-Neckar region (Mannheim, Heidelberg and the surrounding area) whose native language is not German, but nevertheless require a good knowledge of German in order to:
  • Communicate fluently with fellow colleagues and management;
  • Communicate with business partners and customers here in Germany and / or simply,
  • Help them manage their everyday lives in Germany better?
If so, then you have come to the right place. As an experienced trainer with many years of experience in language teaching for companies and institutions, I can convey the necessary language skills to your employees through
  • Goal-oriented,
  • Tailor-made to the specific needs of each learner and, last but not least,
  • Lively and varied
lessons in German as a foreign language.

After just a few weeks, your employees will be able to communicate in German with their colleagues, at in-house meetings and discussions and in their private lives.

The progress made depends not only on the learner’s cooperation and participation in the classroom, but of course also on:

  • The frequency and duration of lessons;
  • The capacity and willingness to learn, and in particular,
  • The readiness of your employees to complete my (essential) homework and to practise and speak German in their own time.

This is how it works:

In an initial interview which is, of course, free-of-charge, we will determine your needs and discuss the content and objectives of the lessons you wish for your employees.
I will then make an assessment of the learner's existing language skills - unless, of course, they are absolute beginners.
The result, as well as the intended goals and contents of the lessons, will be recorded in a framework agreement. This also includes the scope, i.e. the duration and frequency of the lessons, e.g. once or twice a week. One session is 90 minutes (2 lessons), unless otherwise agreed.
The language training can either be taken as one-to-one lessons or in small groups of a maximum 4-6 participants. The latter is always recommended if several employees have the same or very similar learning objectives and if all learners are at approximately the same language level.
